Refund policy

We will honor returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of purchase subject to the following
Terms and Conditions:
- must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; and
- original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Process upon receipt
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your return has been approved.
If you are approved, then your refund will be credited in the form in which the original payment was made within 2-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Before contacting us regarding your refund, we ask that you first check your bank account within 2-3 business days. Some banks and credit card companies take longer to process credited transactions.
If after 5 business days, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at michael@baconzestbz.com.
We will not be responsible for any shipping costs related to your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at michael@baconzestbz.com providing the reason for the exchange or replacement. If your exchange or replacement is approved we will respond with return instructions. Please do not send any item that has not been previously approved.
Sale items, Gift cards, and Discounted Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gift cards and discounted product (due to sale or otherwise) are not able be returned
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser of the gift had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will only send the refund to the purchaser.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 7500 W 151st #23413, Overland Park, KS, 66283, United States. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
